Led the rebuild of Arbor's AWS infrastructure from hand-managed console setup to Terraform-managed IaC with staging/production parity. Co-led SOC 2 Type 2 infrastructure controls with the CTO: least-privilege IAM, CloudWatch monitoring, and Drata remediation.

~$2K/month saved · ~70% cut to targeted non-prod costs · SOC 2 observation phase passed.

Integrations Lead · Arbor

Co-led the HubSpot-to-Attio CRM migration: 10+ automations rebuilt, plus 5 forms and 10 booking flows migrated, all in about six weeks. Then built the sales workflows the team actually adopted, from Slack notifications to round-robin lead routing and segmentation.

Annual CRM tooling spend down from ~$10K to under $800.

Built SQL analyses and recurring reporting workflows for internal performance visibility, and automated the data pulls and transformations behind them.
